Essential (AED 149/mo per branch) includes all core POS features: menu management, modifiers, combos, dine-in/takeaway/delivery order entry, tables, split bills, receipts, station KOT printing, shifts, cash reconciliation, staff permissions, standard reporting and manager dashboard access. One cashier terminal software licence is included. KDS software, waiter ordering, QR table ordering and Inventory & Food Cost are available as optional add-ons.
What does Operations add over Essential?
Operations (AED 229/mo per branch) includes everything in Essential plus: 1 KDS screen software licence, waiter ordering for up to 3 devices, QR table ordering and staff-managed reservations. Inventory & Food Cost is available as an optional add-on at AED 100/branch/month.
What does Control include?
Control (AED 329/mo per branch) includes everything in Operations plus Inventory & Food Cost — recipe management, ingredient deduction, purchasing, supplier management, stock counts, variance approval, FIFO costing and food cost reporting. The note Operations + Inventory adds up to AED 329 (AED 229 + AED 100), so Control is the efficient choice once inventory is needed.
What does "staff-managed reservations" mean?
Reservations in Luqma POS means your team can enter and manage bookings — phone reservations, walk-in notes, table assignments and guest counts. This is a staff-facing tool, not a public online booking widget.
Does Luqma calculate VAT for restaurant customers?
Luqma POS can calculate and display VAT on receipts and reports for restaurant customers who are VAT-registered.
Is pricing per branch or per company?
Pricing is per branch per month. If you operate 3 branches, you pay for 3 branch subscriptions. Each branch subscription lets you run unlimited brands on that branch — you are not charged per brand, only per physical location.
Is hardware included in the plan price?
The Café Starter Kit costs AED 2,999 today and includes its listed hardware, standard menu setup and onboarding, and Essential for one branch for months 1–3. How does software cancellation work?
No software setup fees. Essential (AED 149/month), Operations (AED 229/month) and Control (AED 329/month) are monthly software subscriptions per branch. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. The Starter Kit includes its listed hardware, standard menu setup and onboarding; additional kitchen printers, cabling, network equipment and kitchen network/on-site installation are quoted separately.
Do you offer volume discounts for multiple branches?
Yes. Operators with 5 or more branches qualify for volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your number of branches and requirements.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for switching.
