How do customers earn points?
Customers earn points automatically on every transaction based on the amount they spend. The points rate per AED is configured in your restaurant's loyalty settings.
How do customers redeem rewards?
At checkout, the cashier looks up the customer by phone number, sees the available points balance and applies a redemption to the bill — no customer app required.
Does the customer need to download an app?
No. The loyalty programme runs entirely through the Luqma POS. Customers are identified by phone number and the cashier manages everything from the counter.
Which Luqma plan includes loyalty?
Loyalty is included in the Operations plan (AED 229/mo per branch) and the Control plan (AED 329/mo per branch). It is available as an optional add-on for Essential users at AED 49/branch/month.
Can I set points expiry?
Yes. Points expiry can be configured in the restaurant's loyalty settings to encourage customers to return and redeem within a set period.
Can I see loyalty reports?
