Luqma POS is cloud restaurant POS software available to cafés, restaurants and cloud kitchens across Abu Dhabi. Plans start at AED 149 per branch per month, with on-site onboarding available in the emirate. Matching Luqma to Abu Dhabi operations

Khalidiya, Corniche and Al Reem: sit-down dining
Longer table visits suit waiter ordering tied to one dining session and bill, plus reservations. Operations includes both.
Al Maryah and the business districts: weekday rush
Office-led demand needs a quick counter and reliable tickets. Essential includes station KOT routing, and a KDS screen is AED 40 a month as an add-on.
Mussafah, MBZ City and Khalifa City: delivery and family trade
Mainland kitchens often mix pickup, delivery and dine-in. All three order types sit on one screen, and delivery-app orders are keyed in as delivery orders for now.
Yas, Saadiyat and destination venues: seasonal peaks
Busy weekends and events make shift reports and the Owner App useful for checking sales and targets while away from the venue.
Managing Abu Dhabi and another emirate
Plenty of UAE groups expand between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Luqma prices each branch separately, and owners can compare branch performance in the Luqma Owner App, which is included in every plan. If your site is in Al Ain or further from the city, confirm the onboarding visit when you book so we can plan the trip with you.
Abu Dhabi plans and pricing
Prices are the same in every emirate. Software is billed monthly per branch and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid billing period.

Permits and VAT in Abu Dhabi
Food safety approvals sit with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) and your licensing authority, not your POS. Luqma handles sales records: 5% VAT shown on receipts and itemised in Z-reports. Mall or landlord sales-reporting requirements vary, so raise yours during the demo and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.
What Luqma does not do yet
Two limits matter when you compare POS systems in Abu Dhabi. Luqma is cloud-based and has no offline mode, so we recommend a 4G/5G backup router or mobile hotspot. Direct Talabat, Careem, Noon Food, Deliveroo and Keeta integrations are not live yet, so delivery-app orders are entered in Luqma manually as delivery orders. If either is a dealbreaker for your operation, it is better to know before the demo.

Yes. Luqma is sold across all seven emirates, and on-site onboarding is available in Abu Dhabi.
Is pricing different in Abu Dhabi?
No. Essential is AED 149, Operations AED 229 and Control AED 329 per branch per month in every emirate. Hardware and separately quoted on-site network work are extra.
Does Luqma support Arabic and English?
Yes. Luqma POS supports both languages, and customer support is available in both.
