Multi-brand kitchens need brand-level menus and reports without a second system. Start with Cloud Kitchen POS, and plan for manual entry of delivery-app orders.
Business Bay, DIFC and JLT: weekday lunch peaks
Short lunch rushes reward fast counter ordering and clear kitchen routing. QSR POS on Essential is the usual start, with a KDS screen added as volume grows.
Marina, JBR and Downtown: dine-in with tables

Dubai plans and pricing
Software is billed monthly per branch and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid billing period. There are no software setup fees.

Dubai licensing and VAT
Your food permits and trade licence stay with Dubai Municipality and your licensing authority; a POS does not replace them. Luqma covers the sales side: UAE 5% VAT on receipts and itemised Z-reports for your FTA records.
What Luqma does not do yet
Two limits matter when you compare POS systems in Dubai. Luqma is cloud-based and has no offline mode, so we recommend a 4G/5G backup router or mobile hotspot. Direct Talabat, Careem, Noon Food, Deliveroo and Keeta integrations are not live yet, so delivery-app orders are entered in Luqma manually as delivery orders. If either is a dealbreaker for your operation, it is better to know before the demo.

Luqma software costs AED 149, 229 or 329 per branch per month depending on plan. Hardware outside the Starter Kit and any on-site network work are quoted separately.
Can Luqma come on-site in Dubai?
Yes. On-site onboarding is available in Dubai and covers your menu, staff training and kitchen workflow. Most operators go live within one day.
Does Luqma suit a Dubai cloud kitchen with several brands?
Yes. A Saj Shawerma runs three brands from one kitchen on Luqma. Delivery-app orders are currently entered manually because direct integrations are not live yet.
Can I run branches in Dubai and other emirates?
Yes. Each branch has its own subscription, and the Luqma Owner App compares branch performance from your phone.
